Yes, I had tried it all; Held close to any and every distraction and diversion,
Hoping my mind doesn't permanently get stuck in this aberration...
Ignored your very presence, avoided your every glance,
But why are you so difficult to forget? You are an hypnotic trance...
I hug my teddy and lie down on my bed, hoping to sleep,
Little did I know, those dreams I would get will make me weep...
Suddenly, I am so scared to close my eyes, afraid that those beautiful memories will haunt,
Knowing no limits, the memories exceeded their boundaries and seemed more like taunts...
Got high, lost my mind, diffused myself in colorful drinks,
I would do anything to get my mind to cringe...
