Today, the sky was crying,
She thought the clouds were giving her company; sympathizing...
Her loose locks, the gusty winds blew,
Heavy droplets of glycerin fell on her arm, she wasn't able to make out who it belonged to...
Her mind contemplated about the world being a good place,
When they can hurt mother nature, she was just a null space...
Breathing fastened, tears overflowed and she had no one to rest her head upon,
She quickly glanced around to find someone, but they all were gone...
Immature, naive, gullible; her trust was a game they loved to play,
Little did they realize, it was her heart that they slay...
Distractions never helped anymore,
The waves flooded her safe shore...
Loud sobs were concealed by deafening thunder,
She got lost wondering about her blunders...
The wind caressed her face and wiped away her tears,
She sat still, getting soaked in her greatest fears...
Her dreads drenched her and grounded her to the land,
Even her wings couldn't help her up anymore; she felt as though she was stuck in quicksand...
The rumbles of the sky sounded like the helpless pleas of her darkened heart,
All her broken pieces were lying on the ground, painting red a work of agonizing art...
Neither the humans, nor the angels, none of them existed; none of them were true,
All were selfish and shrewd...
The silver light shined from behind the clouds upon her, embracing mother nature in it's warmth,
She thought about the immorality of the world and the realization burst forth...
She collapsed,
Expectations relapsed...
Eventually, the clouds were kissed by the raging ball of fury; they found a place to stay safe, a place to hide,
All this love suffocated her from inside...
And finally she thought mother nature could help her feel better,
So she fell in its welcoming arms, by leaping from a peak, reaching for resolution and peace, which she found never...
